| We are proud to represent
San Diego’s finest caregivers. We feel that every candidate
represented by Seaside Domestics are experts in their respective
fields. Our candidate interview process is substantial. Our
clients are provided with the candidate’s resume, letters
of recommendation and highlights regarding their experience,
intelligence, loyalty, continuity and work ethic.
Seaside Domestics has been created to serve the needs of
each client and staff member to create long lasting relationships.
Many of Seaside’s applicants have worked in the finest
homes and others bring opportunities to learn, and add a
special kind of education to their chosen career.
Seaside Domestics begins with a face-to-face, in-home assessment.
After the initial in-home meeting, Seaside Domestics will
begin looking for candidates that are the most appropriate
for the position offered.
Seaside Domestics will gladly schedule interviews between
the client and the candidates, and will only present out
of state applicants with prior consent from the client,
if they are legal to work in the United States and meet
our standards. If the client is not willing to relocate
an applicant, Seaside Domestics can begin a specialized
search for San Diego or Orange counties.
Once the client has met with the candidates sent over by
the agency, the client is asked to offer the candidate(s)
of their choice, an opportunity to work a paid trial. Seaside
Domestics asks our clients to do trial with all and any
of our candidates that the client feels comfortable with.
If the client feels there is no connection, then there is
no obligation to extend a paid trial to the candidate.
Once the trial time has been set and completed, we suggest
in having a written and signed contract with your new household
staff member to keep communication open, so there are no
misunderstandings about the position being offered.
